Boat Trailer
 
 

 
      		 The boat trailer project was brought to me with both fenders cut off and part of the metal holding the fenders was removed also. I had to make some 2" x ¼" brackets to hold the fenders on. I used a small 20 ton brake to fabricate the fender brackets.
 
  

    

     I trued and squared up the areas by the fenders that had been cut with a sawsall unevenly. I put some 3 ½" tube steel between the tires and the fenders to hopefully give enough clearance for the tires not to rub. Having the fenders removed before I could figure the riding height certainly added concern to the situation.
