North Duke Mall Job - This job was a Re-Modeling job due to a corner support that had sank down over the years. The Company went in and fixed the problem with the footing and poured a new footing. They then reworked the front side steel and tied it back into the existing Building with the side extension. | |||

The job consisted of adding a 4" x 4" x 1/4" tube steel support to help carry the load of the cinder block header in the existing structure. We then used 4" x 4" 3/8" angle iron to tie the Tube Steel to the main beam. The rest of the steel to the left of the cinder block was all new steel. A new lintel of 6" x 6" x 1/4" angle was put on the bar joist to tie the roof in where it could be built back up |
